ORDERING: Call toll-free 1.877 FAB-U-JEN, order securely online, or e-mail your order to info@jensfabulousstuff.com.   You can also fax your order with the necessary payment information to 1.952.746.8036.  All orders received by JensFabulousStuff.com will be confirmed via email, fax or by phone at your request.  Our Customer Service department is open Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm CST.

SCHEDULED ORDERS:  Orders may be placed with scheduled shipments out as far as 12 months.

SPECIAL ORDERS:  Merchandise that is special ordered or is not a standard item may not be returned or cancelled.

PRICES:   Prices are subject to change without notice.  For quantities larger than shown in the price list, call 1-877-FAB-U-JEN to speak with one of our Customer Service Professionals for a special quotation.  Our prices do not include freight or any federal, state or local taxes or tariffs.

CASH DISCOUNT & TERMS:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments are accepted.  No charges will be made to your credit card until the product has been shipped.  All customers will then be responsible for any and all late fees and/or legal fees.  JensFabulousStuff.com reserves the right to rescind extended credit at any time.

FREIGHT:   JensFabulousStuff.com ships most often UPS Ground and standard mail, but will ship common carrier per your request, keeping size and weight restrictions in mind.  We will always try to ship via the most economical means.  Airfreight and other premium freight services are available also.  Oversized packages, special order items, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories may cost additional.

SALES TAX:  Applicable sales tax will be added to all items for customers residing in states where JensFabulousStuff.com is located and that do not have a tax exempt resale certificate issues by the respective state.  If you are tax exempt, please fax a copy of your tax-exempt form to +1.952.746.8036.

JENSFABULOUSSTUFF.COM WARRANTY:  JensFabulousStuff.com warrants to original purchasers of products that at the time of shipment such products shall be free of defects in material and workmanship.  This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, alterations or products which have not been installed, products without a company supplied date code, operated or maintained in accordance with the intended use.  JensFabulousStuff.com will repair or replace, during the applicable warranty period, or at JensFabulousStuff.com's option, refund the applicable portion of the purchase price.  The applicable warranty period for all products is the 30-day period following the date of purchase by the purchaser, except as expressly provided for certain products covered by limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.  No warranty will be honored unless an invoice or other proof of the purchase date is provided to JensFabulousStuff.com  Warranty claims received by JensFabulousStuff.com after the applicable warranty period will not be honored. 

All technical information and statements contained herein are based on information believed to be reliable, but its accuracy and completeness is not guaranteed.  Before using, the user assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.  The customer shall care for, operate, and use the goods strictly in accordance with the directions for use issued by JensFabulousStuff.com  JensFabulousStuff.com shall not be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any direct or indirect costs, injuries, damages, or losses, including but not limited to loss of profit or revenue, damage to equipment, down time costs, or claims of the purchaser's customers for such damages, direct or consequential, arising out of the use/misuse of the product, an error in design or manufacture, or a defect in the goods or services provided by JensFabulousStuff.com, or an omission in the manufacture, supply design, repair or installation of the product.  JensFabulousStuff.com shall be under no liability for any delay, loss or damage caused wholly or in part by an act of God, government restrictions, conditions or controls, delays in routing, shortages of raw materials or labor, actions by suppliers, or any act, matter or thing beyond reasonable control of JensFabulousStuff.com

When a warranty claim arises, the purchaser must contact JensFabulousStuff.com directly.  If the defect comes under the terms of this limited warranty, JensFabulousStuff.com will arrange, at its option, one of the following:

• The product will be repaired by JensFabulousStuff.com authorized personnel.
• JensFabulousStuff.com will replace the product.
• JensFabulousStuff.com will refund the applicable portion of the purchase price.

The remedy of repair, replacement or refund provided for herein is the purchaser's exclusive remedy for breach of the above limited warranty.  JensFabulousStuff.com will only be responsible for product that purchaser purchases from JensFabulousStuff.com

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN NO EVENT SHALL JENSFABULOUSSTUFF.COM BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining the suitability of JensFabulousStuff.com's products for the purchasers use or resale, or for incorporating them into articles or using them in the purchaser's application.

The distributor is authorized to extend the foregoing limited warranty to its original purchasers in connection with sales of JensFabulousStuff.com products, provided that such products shall not have been altered by the distributor.  The distributor shall be fully responsible for any warranties the distributor makes to its customers, which may be broader or more extensive than JensFabulousStuff.com's warranty.

PRODUCT RETURNS: With your satisfaction guaranteed, JensFabulousStuff.com will cheerfully make adjustments, issue refunds or credit your account on standard catalog items during the first 30 days after delivery.  A Return Goods Authorization number is required on all returns.  Simply call 1-877-FAB-U-JEN to speak with our Returns Specialist for an RGA number and proper shipping instructions.  The RGA number will need to be clearly marked on all packages, and be accompanied by a copy of the original packaging slip.  Items returned to JensFabulousStuff.com without an RGA number, or after the first 30 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  This number will streamline all returns, making account reconciliation quicker and easier for everyone.  Please have your invoice number available when you place your call.  Claims for shortages, incorrect product shipped, and damages from shipments must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment.  Replacement shipments will be sent ground with the option of upgrade at the customer's expense.
