Jen Thompson

Jen Thompson is a photographer and graphic designer residing in beautiful Central Oregon. Following art school, 14 years in graphic design and marketing, random time working in the darkroom and training under extremely talented and gifted master photographers, she began shooting professionally on her own, inspired by her journey as a mom documenting the discoveries of her two sons, Cooper & Cohen. Her passion for the marriage between simple and fluid graphic design with natural and pure photography has propelled a unique love. Several years later, (and a lot of sweat) her modest home office turned into a 5 acre, 2400 sq.ft custom loft studio where she continues to woo her clients with her devotion to their experience with her, as her number one priority. With an entrepreneurial spirit and love for start-up, in addition to her own studio work, Jen works as a creative consultant to photographers all over the country, aiding in the re-creation of photographers' brands and studio/sales spaces, motivated and inspired to educate her clients about setting themselves apart with a boutique studio mindset. In addition, Jen began working in 2009 as the lead designer and marketing director for BIG Folio, Inc., one of the industries most prized vendors in online solutions & websites for photographers. With an unmistakable attention to detail and unique flare, Jen has captured the hearts of her clients with her simple, fresh approach to photography and her unique, award winning, marketing and design concepts.
